Over 500 cleaning and restoration professionals recently came together in Arizona for Piranha Marketing's Rich Cleaner Conference.

Piranha founder Joe Polish and CEO Lisa Wagner orchestrated an educational experience that not only delved into key strategies for building a business, but also created the motivation to get attendees to actually take action on those ideas.

Guest experts on stage shared success strategies for all aspects of attendees' lives. Bill Phillips (author of "Body for Life") on health and transformation, Wyatt Woodsmall (world renowned productivity trainer) on how to create lasting change in your life, Patti Mara (profit maximizing expert) on recession-proofing your business, and Dan Hollings (the marketer behind the internet launch of "The Secret") on internet marketing strategies to dominate your competition.

One of the expert highlights was the presentation by Tony and Mary Miller of Jancoa, a janitorial company that inspired the book "The Dream Manager." They shared how they took their company with a 360% turnover rate and created an empowering team environment based on their employees' dreams and transformed their company. They have not had to run a help wanted ad for 5 years, and have 25% market share in their city. Th estory showed how any company can create the same in their own business.

The winner of the "Better Your Best" implementation contest was Kevin and Annissa Coy, Allpro Restoration in Washington. They won the title of Piranha Spokespersons in 2009, and received a Mercedes SUV. The runners-up were Rick & Sandy Raskob of HighTech Cleaning in Prince George, Canada.
