Encompass National Accounts to Streamline Operations With ServiceChannel

New York (Business Wire) -- ServiceChannel Inc., an Internet-based services company for the facilities management industry, has announced that Encompass National Accounts, a division of Encompass Services Corporation, a facilities services company in the U.S., has selected ServiceChannel to be a component of its e-business platform. ServiceChannel will commence a pilot program comprising Encompass' National Services and one of its operating locations.

ServiceChannel provides a web application that will enable Encompass to do business with their facility customers, operating companies and subcontractors more efficiently online. Encompass will now be able to communicate, document and maintain records of all past, present and scheduled services over the Internet, either for a single building or portfolio of properties.

ServiceChannel's operating focus is on enabling contractors at any level of technological sophistication to participate in an e-business platform.
