Eureka introduces Sanitaire floor machines

Eureka introduces eight new floor machines, each offering chrome-plated cast steel housings, a choice of 1.0- or 1.5-hp twin-capacitor motors, either a twin- or triple-idler planetary gearbox, and two speed options.

Sanitaire floor machines are designed for many floor-care applications, the company says. Changing the brush or pad makes it possible to scrub, strip or polish any bare floor. The machines feature 13- to 20-inch cleaning paths and a 50-foot power cord. Heavy-duty wrap-around bumpers are designed to prevent damage to walls.

Sanitaire floor machines have an exclusive quick connect fold-down handle that reduces the packaged size by 40 percent, and are ergonomically designed to allow for foot-operated adjustment.
