ICS to Sport New Look; Adds Two Columnists to Line-Up

Woodland Hills, Calif. -- The January 2001 issue will herald the premiere of ICS Cleaning Specialist’s new look. With its redesign, ICS is proud to introduce industry veteran Bob Merkt to its corral of columnists. Bob is the owner Kettle Moraine Professional Cleaners, Inc. and MEGA—The Merkt Educational Group and Associates. He is also an IICRC Master Cleaner, past IICRC board member, and vice chair of the new IICRC Floor Care Technicians Course (FCT). Look for his Hard Floor Maintenance column in each issue!

In addition to Bob, Steve Toburen, CR, has also joined ICS’ group of talented and well-known industry columnists as a regular contributor. Steve has served on the advisory board of the Carpet and Upholstery Institute division of ASCR for many years and has Certified Restorer Status with the National Institute of Disaster Restoration. He is currently the Director of Training for Jon-Don’s Strategies for Success program, and also the founder and CEO of Concepts of Value, a small consulting firm that provides customer service training for residential service companies in many industries.
