In place of IICRC's Carpet Repair and Re-installation (RRT) course, students who have attained CFI Residential-1 status or CFI Journeyman status or who have completed CFI's Installation for Inspection course or FCICA's Floorcovering Installation Training (FIT) are eligible to take the IICRC Senior Carpet Inspector course.
The IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician course (CCT) is also a pre-requisite course for the certification.
