IICRC presents Holland with Keith Williams Award

November 12, 2006

During the 2006 Connections Convention and Trade Show, the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification presented the Keith Williams Award to Jim Holland.

Williams pioneered research in areas such as low-moisture cleaning, encapsulates, micro-fiber products such as fine-particle vacuum bags, dust cloths, filters and the like, as well as stain-resist products. Upon his death the IICRC established the Keith Williams award to denote exceptional technical contribution to the cleaning and restoration industry. It is awarded on occasion when someone makes an outstanding technical contribution to the industry.

Past recipients include Claude Blackburn, Dr. Gene Cole, Dr. Michael Berry and Jeff Bishop. The award is considered to be one of the highest awards for technical merit in the industry.
