Store managers and salespeople from Interlink Supply stores met in Clearwater, Fla. for their annual meeting in late January. Strategy meetings were held, attendees participated in team-building activities, and an awards banquet was held.
The meeting focused heavily on ways to improve store operations, and on being a consultant to customers. Additionally, store managers spoke briefly about their stores, what’s worked, what has not, and plans for improvement. Interlink Supply of Salt Lake City, managed by Shane Wrigley, won the Store of the Year Award.
