ISCT elects officers

The International Society of Cleaning Technicians held its annual election of officers at a recent meeting of the board in St. Petersburg, Fla.

SPEEDWAY, Ind.--The International Society of Cleaning Technicians (ISCT) held its annual election of officers at a recent meeting of the board in St. Petersburg, Fla.

The newly elected officers are President: Ruth Travis, RL Seminars, Chattanooga, Tenn.; Vice President of Operations: Larry Kessie, Floorcovering Technologies, Crossville, Tenn.; Vice President of Membership: Bill Gordon, Coach's Carpet Care, Ypsilanti, Mich.; Treasurer: Patti Savelle, Bishop CleanCare, Inc., Albany, Ga.; and Secretary: Carey Mitchell, Shaw Industries, Dalton, Ga.

"We're proud to have such an outstanding slate of officers to serve the ISCT membership," said ISCT Executive Director Linda Kanouse. "Each brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as a unique perspective of the industry. We are confident that great things will happen under their leadership."

The ISCT (www.isct.org), headquartered in Indiana, is a nonprofit international trade association for the cleaning, restoration, and inspection industry that has been providing solutions to service professionals for 30 years.
