ISSA, Janitor University co-sponsor ‘Train The Trainer’ Course

Presented by John Walker of ManageMen, Inc., and co-sponsored by ISSA and Janitor University, this comprehensive and industry specific trainer education program is a must for distributors and manufacturers looking to boost service quality, increase staff morale and increase that ever-important bottom line, according to the ISSA. This presentation is not a general course on training “anybody” about “everything,” according to the program’s sponsors.

Set for July 30-31, 2001, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Fla., the course’s program says it will help attendees learn how to: Reduce training costs; increase learning; involve every person in a discussion, regardless of group size; develop effective group dynamics materials; create personal accountability in a group for what they learn; relate your personal experiences to capture and keep attention; effectively use humor as a powerful learning and persuasion tool; avoid the 10 deadly sins that cause people to resist training; and build a picture outline of your presentation.

Registration for the two-day seminar is $995. A $50 discount will apply to all registrations paid 45 days prior to the seminar. The program hours for the first day are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the second day.
