The board will assume office Oct. 18, the last day of ISSA/Interclean USA 2002. New board members include Director John Muthe, AmSan-American Sanitary Inc.; Director W. Grant Watkinson, Coastwide Laboratories; Chairman Peter Lederer, IMC Vigoro; Vice-Chairman Thomas Lane, Unisource Worldwide Inc.; Secretary Jack Key, Unisource/Basic Products Inc.; and Treasurer Jack Woodhouse, Standard Paper Sales Co.
Six members will continue their service. Arnold Rosenberg of Spectrowax Corp. and Gary Gradinger of Golden Star Inc. are stepping down.
