LINCOLNWOOD, Ill. -- ISSA's Featured Member for February is Larry Shideler, founder of ProTeam--the world's leading maker of backpack vacuums--and pioneer of the team cleaning method.

The article, located online at www.issa.com, highlights Shideler's journey from contract cleaning to inventing the first commercially successful backpack vacuum to his plans to make ProTeam, now also known as "The Vacuum Company," a leading maker of all types of high-end vacuum cleaners.
