Mark Cross, currently Sector President of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has accepted the position of Group President and Senior Vice President. As Group President, Cross will oversee the Latin America and Asia-Pacific regions. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Cross will lead the Global Customer Solutions group.

Cross will assume his position at JohnsonDiversey, Inc. on August 1.
