According to Purdue University’s Center for Customer Driven Quality, the No. 1 driver of customer satisfaction and willingness to purchase is first call resolution.

Perceptionist is an overflow, after hours, and weekend scheduling center. “Calls are always offered to your office first. If all of your lines are busy or if you are not available, calls are redirected to Perceptionist instead of going into voicemail.
