Ryan Philip Edlestein, 24, of T.O. recently pleaded guilty to unlawful dumping of materials into a sewer, a misdemeanor. The charges arose from him
disposing of carpet cleaning waste into the city’s sewer system through a manhole. A citizen reported it.
