Miele Vacuum Cleaners pass new CRI Test
September 13, 2000
Air quality in the home is increasingly a health concern and population of dust mites in carpets and rugs are acknowledged culprits for respiratory problems. Aware of this problem, the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) has established a new independent testing program for vacuum cleaners. Miele has been recognized as the first to pass these testing standards. Official product labeling from the CRI, certifying that Miele has passed the Indoor Air Quality Vacuum Cleaner test, has been sent to stores and will begin to appear on the company’s vacuum products.
