Mikeyfest/Winterfest hits new highs

Almost 200 carpet cleaning professionals gathered at the
Dri-Eaz Training Center February 19-20 in
Nashville for Mikeyfest, an annual gathering of participants on Mikey’s Board
and other industry bulletin board forums, including ICS Cleaning
Specialist.
Almost 200 carpet cleaning professionals gathered at the Dri-Eaz Training Center February 19-20 in Nashville for Mikeyfest, an annual gathering of participants on Mikey’s Board and other industry bulletin board forums, including ICS Cleaning Specialist.
The program included classes on carpet repair and
upholstery as well as a number of sessions on marketing and add-on services.
The trade show included close to 20 suppliers. The
highlight was a panel of truckmount builders/designers including Mike Roden of
Sapphire Scientific, Jerry McKillup of Prochem, Steve Poulos of HydraMaster and
Bret Weigand of Masterblend and was very interesting to hear each describe the
unique features their product line offers and what they envision for the future
of truckmounts.
