Step One utilizes Peroxy Kling, a multi-surface cleaning/degreaser formulated for the mold remediation, decontamination and facility maintenance industries. Step Two involves Moldstat PLUS, an EPA-registered fungicide, mildewstat, disinfectant and sanitizer. The third and final step is the application of Moldstat Mold Resistant Coating & Encapsulator to help protect surfaces from future mold problems, the company said.
