MSDSonline Hits the Web

MSDSonline launches program to help manufacturers distribute safety information.

MSDSonline(SM) -- an fob Data Service(SM) -- recently launched its Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Manufacturer Submission Program(SM), a free service that enables manufacturers to broaden the distribution of their MSDS documents. Registration and participation in the Manufacturer Submission Program is available at the MSDSonline Web site (www.MSDSonline.com).

MSDSonline, a Web-based MSDS solutions provider, developed the program to help manufacturers and their customers more easily and cost-effectively comply with OSHA regulations, which require employers that use hazardous materials to make accompanying MSDSs readily accessible to their employees. This MSDS submission program enables manufacturers to quickly and easily submit their MSDS Web URL addresses for inclusion in the MSDSonline search engine. The MSDS documents are then freely available for searching at MSDSonline's Web site.

In addition, the program is designed to enable manufacturers to extend their customer reach, while providing customers a one-stop shop for locating and gathering MSDS documents.
