Freeport, Ill./Newton, Iowa -- The directors of Newell Rubbermaid Inc. have declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $.21 cents per share. On an annual basis, this is an indicated rate of $.84 cents.
Also declaring quarterly dividends is Maytag Corp. of $.18 a share on the firm's common stock.
