Piranha Boot Camp marks 10th anniversary

The 10th annual Piranha Marketing Boot Camp was held at the Radisson Scottsdale Resort & Spa, Oct. 21-23, 2004. More than 500 attendees exchanged marketing ideas, listened to success stories and garnered information from a prominent lineup of speakers, including Mark Victor Hanson ("Chicken Soup for the Soul" series), Robert Kiyaski ("Rich Dad Poor Dad"), "Body for Life" author Bill Phillips and Lisa Wagner ("Rug Secrets").

To everyone's delight, Piranha Marketing Founder Joe Polish was honored by members for 10 successful years with a video "roast."

This year's "Better Your Best" contest winners were Judy and Steve Ransom of Daystar Cleaning Inc., in Panama City, Fla. The Ransoms doubled their gross sales for the contest period compared to last year, and increased their net profit by 300 percent, by utilizing Piranha Marketing's strategies and Platinum Plus mentoring program. The Ransoms were given the choice of driving away in a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette or a 2005 Porsche. The Ransoms chose the Corvette.
