Ritterling joins Profiles International

Dave Ritterling has joined Profiles International Inc., a publisher of business assessment tools for use in HR and management, as president of the Excel Performance Group.

The group helps businesses assess their employees for greater productivity and job satisfaction, according to the company. Excel also provides management, marketing and motivational coaching services.

Ritterling has been the general manager of Century 400 Inc., and has held executive management and sales positions with Eastman Kodak Co., Chemspec Inc. and Prochem Inc.
