Tennant Foam Scrubbing Technology cuts down on workload
October 23, 2002
Tennant introduces Foam Scrubbing Technology (FaST) for the commercial floor cleaning industry. The FaST system utilizes a surfactant mixed with water and air to produce a scrubbing foam. The foam returns to its liquid state by the time the scrubber recovers it, eliminating foam in the recovery tank.
FaST reduces the number of time-consuming dump-fill cycles by up to 70 percent, the company says. The technology will be incorporated into Tennant 5400 and 5680 auto-scrubbers, with other models receiving the technology later in the year.
