The Healthy Facilities Institute Established, Website Launched

Boise ID - February 15, 2011. The Healthy Facilities Institute (HFI) has been established and its website launched with the support of industry educators, associations, media outlets, and public health experts. HFI’s mission is to provide authoritative information for creating and maintaining clean, healthy indoor environments. Its foundational advisory board consists of leaders and scientists in the indoor environmental field.

  Since media awareness and relationships with key trade magazines are vital to disseminating health-based information to the marketplace, HFI has agreed to provide expertise as requested and offer promotion to select media outlets.

  HFI will be working with a variety of trade associations, non-profit and research organizations to improve community dialog, and facilitate the sharing of health-centric knowledge about indoor environments across industries and markets.
