Therma-Stor acquires Bolden Manufacturing patents, rights

Therma-Stor LLC, the manufacturer of the Phoenix Restoration Equipment brand, announces the purchase of patents, trademarks, inventory and manufacturing rights for the Xtreme Xtraction System, which includes the Hydro-X Extractor and the Hydro-X Vacuum Pac, from Bolden Manufacturing.

The equipment will become Phoenix-branded products.
