Entitled Essential Business Skills for Operations, Administrative and Salespeople, the forums are designed for floor covering professionals who want to improve their business skills and confidence. It is a unique opportunity to guarantee to boost the effectiveness of professionals at all levels.
"We've designed this forum series exclusively for administrative, operations and salespeople to help them attain their Certified Flooring Professional (CFP) and Certified Flooring Salesperson (CFS) designations," said WFCA education director Harry Perdew. "We'll continually refine and improve our offerings as we move forward."
Participants will learn: How to thrive in a changing workplace, the subtle differences in selling techniques; how to handle the paper flow with ease and efficiency; how to deal with sticky situations with poise, tact and skill; gain the essential skills, insights and strategies used in everyday workplace situations. Attendees also will learn how to become master salespersons, and tips on better time management.
The dates and locations for the one-day forums are: Tuesday, April 2, Long Island, NY; Thursday, April 4, Atlanta, Ga.; Tuesday, April 9, Minneapolis, Minn.; Thursday, April 11, Dallas, Texas; Tuesday, April 16, Phoenix, Az.; and Thursday, April 18, Seattle, Wash.
