Win-Win Situation Created with CRI's Formation

June 28, 2000
Windsor Industries, Prochem and T&G (Tri-State and Graco) have combined forces and created Castle Rock Industries (CRI). As a result, the merger will provide far-reaching benefits to customers by accelerating the availability of quality equipment, parts and service, according to CRI. Jim Sherbert, CEO and president of Windsor, will assume the role of CEO of Castle Rock Industries. Prochem president Jim Roden and T&G president John Grace will remain presidents of their respective companies, as well as becoming members of the CRI Board of Directors. Jim Roden says, “We are excited about the future opportunities to be developed as a result of the creation of Castle Rock Industries. This brings new opportunities for those associated with Prochem. We will become better exposed to the parts and service requirements of cleaning equipment to help make Prochem products and services even better.” According to CRI, Windsor, Prochem and T&G will continue to operate as independent and separately managed companies. There are no plans to consolidate these companies or their corporate strategies. The companies also have no plans to change products, pricing or distribution.
