Pro-Link, Inc., introduces a new tool to help building service contractors provide more accurate bids while ensuring all cleaning needs of a facility are addressed. The new Cleaning Specifications program is available for BSCs from Pro-Link distributor-members.

The program helps BSCs identify all of the cleaning needs, requirements, and frequencies for current customers and prospects. The specifications program lists scores of cleaning duties-from mopping floors and vacuuming to dusting-and allows users to determine task frequencies, such as quarterly, annually, daily, weekly, and monthly, based on the needs of the client or facility.
