ProTeam Promotes Matt Wood to President and CEO

Boise, Idaho-The board of directors of ProTeam, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Matthew M. Wood to president and CEO of the ProTeam division of ProTeam, Inc. He will oversee all management aspects of the business, including both short-term decisions and long term strategic implementations.

Wood joined ProTeam as president and COO in June 2005, responsible for the daily sales and operations of the Boise manufacturer of commercial and residential vacuum products.

He has 26 years of management experience in the manufacturing sector, most notably with Preco, Inc. and SCP Global Technologies, Inc. Wood has an extensive background in foreign and domestic sales and manufacturing. During his career at SCP, he held the positions of Production Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Worldwide Key Account Operations, Vice President of Information Technology, Vice President of Customer Service & Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Wood received his undergraduate degree from Boise State University and his MBA from Portland State University.
