IICRC event participants enjoy more than Surface experience.

More than 125 IICRC-Certified Inspector and Cleaner registrants -- a record number -- visited the IICRC booth at Surfaces 2002, the global floor covering marketplace, and inquired about advanced and additional training certifications. By signing the booth roster, they received two continuing education credits (CECs) for attending the trade show. Additionally, several hundred Surfaces attendees received IICRC informational brochures. Representatives from the Executive Committee, Marketing Committee and IICRC Administration staffed the IICRC booth.

IICRC used the tradeshow to communicate and reconfirm its commitment to the inspection, cleaning and restoration industry. IICRC staffers also spoke with representatives from 3-M, Bissell, Carpet Cushion Council, SB Latex Council, CRI, DuPont, ServiceMaster, Bane Clean, Host/Von Schrader, Shaw Industries, Mannington, Tile Council of America, and other floor covering organizations during the three-day show. Additionally, the IICRC Executive Committee held a semi-annual meeting following Surfaces.
