Rite Line Supply joins Central Sanitary Supply

MODESTO, CALIFORNIA -- Central Sanitary Supply is pleased to announce the acquisition of Rite Line Supply of Visalia, Calif. 

Rite Line and Central combined resources as of Sept. 12, increasing service abilities in the central California market.

“Rite Line Supply has been a trusted source of facility maintenance solutions for over 30 years, and its owner Bill Chapman brings an unmatched lifetime of expertise,” commented Dave Martini, president of Central Sanitary Supply.  “Central is committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations through strategic growth and partnerships.  Rite Line’s dedication to customers fits perfectly with our culture,” Martini continued.  Central Sanitary Supply is based in Modesto, Calif.

“The combination of Rite Line’s local dominance and Central’s legendary customer service and powerful distribution network creates a great opportunity for our customers and associates,” remarked Bill Chapman. 

The combined organizations will operate as Central Sanitary Supply with the transition of all Rite Line employees to Central.  Customers will see an increase in local service frequency, additional training support and the continued technological innovations including Central’s new delivery signature capture system.
