“I thought the RugBadger was perfect the way it was,” RugBadger’s Dusty Roberts said. “But I never turn down a suggestion, especially when it can make any of my equipment better.”

Phil Auserehl, owner of the Auserehlian Rug Cleaning School, suggested to Roberts that if he changed the rotation of the Vibro-straps, the RugBadger might be easier to use.

“Now all of our RugBadgers go out with this performance enhancement,” Roberts said. “But for all those earlier models that have the old rotation, we’ve put up a video on our website to show how they can reverse the direction of the RugBadger Vibro-Straps themselves.”
