Advanced Specialized Equipment, one of Steam Way International's largest international distributors, hosted a weeklong Customer Appreciation Day event in November 2005.

The company's event ran in conjunction with the grand opening of its new facility in Rydalmere in Sydney, Australia. Along with workshops, guest speakers, and equipment and chemical demonstrations, owners John and Grant Hickey announced a $40,000 giveaway promotion with a prize drawing each month; the grand prize is a new car.
