See you next year in San Diego, CA!

Enjoying the SummerFest dinner party are (from left): Russell Willis of Cornerstone Carpet Care; Dana Mayhair of Mayhair Carpet Cleaning; Dave Gargan of A-1 Carpet Cleaning; and gary Broom of Rainbow Carpet and Fabric Care.
During a warm weekend in late-September, Canadian and American carpet cleaners gathered in Atlanta to share ideas, methods, problem-solving techniques, and many new memories. Welcome to SummerFest 2000, a family reunion like no other.

Although vendors or salespeople were not included in this get-together, manufacturers and distributors offered their support with several door prizes for the dinner held on Friday, Sept. 29, and during the luncheon/demonstrations held at Bruce DeLoatch’s facility, Phoenix Carpet Care in Suwanee, Ga. Those in attendance truly enjoyed getting their hands on various carpet-cleaning units and chemicals, and took to the task of putting them through vigorous testing.

Among those that donated door prizes were Advanced Cleaning Systems, Cobb Carpet Supply, Mark McNutt, Carpet Care Systems, Squid Marketing, Howard Partridge, Steven Smith, Jon-Don, HydraMaster, Chemspec, and of course, Possum Belly. For those that extended their stay until Monday, a mill tour of Shaw Industries was included.

Plan on attending SummerFest 2001 in San Diego, CA, Sept. 21-23. Everyone is welcome!
