Survey Says IAQ, Toxic Mold Hot Topics For 2001

According to a recent nationwide survey conducted for the Chelsea Group Ltd., indoor air quality and toxic mold will be top news topics in 2001.

Chicago, Ill. -- According to a recent nationwide survey conducted for the Chelsea Group Ltd., a firm that specializes in strategic, technical and marketing consulting to major corporations for enhanced positioning of products and services relating to the indoor environment, indoor air quality and toxic mold will be top news topics in 2001.

Survey results indicate that more than 95% of those responding to the survey feel that the quality of the air is somewhat or very important, and more than 60% of people with children living at home would spend discretionary income on products or services to improve IAQ in their homes. Only 4.1% of homeowners expressed no interest in purchasing products to improve the quality of air inside their homes.
