Tacony Corp. concluded the purchase of the assets of CFR Corp. of New Brighton, Minn. CFR, a carpet cleaning machine manufacturer and distributor, will operate as a division of Tacony Corp.

CFR will retain its facility in New Brighton as a customer service and sales office. Management, administration, engineering and production will be relocated to Tacony Corporation’s newly constructed 78,000 square foot facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The company will be headed by Steve Day, who has been named President of CFR.
