GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., June 23, 2008 – BISSELL Homecare, Inc., the floor-care innovator and international manufacturer of home-cleaning products, announced today the hire of Nancy Terrell as Vice President, Marketing.
Terrell will be responsible for expanding BISSELL’s leadership position within the floor-care industry, increasing marketplace opportunities for its growing portfolio of brands and capitalizing on growth trends in consumer marketing. Terrell brings more than 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods and in-depth knowledge of the industry sector to BISSELL.

Terrell was formerly with TNS – Landis Strategy & Innovation, a consultancy specializing in brand development and innovation for Fortune 500s, where she led the charge in consulting brands in the food and beverage and hotel industries. Prior to TNS, Terrell worked in business strategy, marketing and new product development with brands such as Philips Electronics, Nabisco, R.J. Reynolds, Pillsbury, Jantzen, Hershey’s Chocolate, Pepperidge Farm and Samsung. She has also consulted with BISSELL in the past.
Terrell has relocated from Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., to Grand Rapids, Mich. She attended the College of William and Mary for her undergraduate studies and earned her MBA in marketing and finance from Indiana University.
