With a host of new offerings and events, the BSCAI 2001 Annual Convention and Trade Show is aptly themed “Shakin’ Things Up.” The convention will take place March 16-20 at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas and will feature exhibits, and a slate of educational seminars.

This year’s event will offer attendees half-hour demonstrations by building service contractors on carpet care and vinyl floor care and an art industry contest, with prizes given to the best entries. As an added bonus, BSCAI is offering discounted prices for early registration and additional people from the same company in addition to special group discounts and benefits for contractors sending 15 or more people to the convention.

A performance by the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders will kick off the Opening General Session, followed by a drawing that will reward several lucky individuals with prizes as a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser, $1,000 second prize, $750 third prize, and other monetary prizes rewarding winners in fourth through ninth place.

Included in the event program are seminars such as the one-day Supervision Seminar; Forget the Myths about Finding Top Candidates, Hiring Them is The Real Challenge with Lou Adler; How to Build a Bigger Bottom Line in a Price Competitive World with Bernard Hale Zick; Results Oriented Cleaning with Randy James; and How to Establish Your Presence on the Internet with Chris A. Stathakis.

With the promise of networking opportunities, educational sessions, exhibits, and demonstrations, the 2001 BSCAI Convention will move and shake attendees into the next year. For a complete program and registration information, call (800) 368-3414 or (703) 359-7090;; or fax (703) 352-0493.
