Over 30 people attended to learn how carpet is manufactured, from raw material to finished product. Special thanks go to technical director Jim Hernandez for spending the time showing CFI members the process. It is an annual event so look for it next year - it’s worth waiting for. There will be a meeting at Central California Cleaning Supply in Orange County on May 17. Tim Baker from Prochem will be speaking about spot and stain removal. Central Coast chapter director Josh Adler will have a meeting on May 17 at Proline in San Carlos. Don Snider from Pro’s Choice will be speaking about their Dinge Away product and will be demonstrating the Color Modifying Cosmetics. Both products can help you make more money correcting your customer’s carpet problems. Don is a great speaker and loves to help cleaners be more productive.
