The Butler Corporation's "Component Exchange Program" is a simple exchange of components, whether the component is defective, worn or broken.The program contributes to the Butler System's low cost of operation, overall longevity and customer satisfaction.

We will promptly send a replacement should a component fail due to defects in material and/or workmanship during the Butler System warranty period. Once the replacement has been installed, the customer will send the defective component back as part of the warranty "Component Exchange Program."

The "Component Exchange Program" also provides our customers, whose warranty has expired, a cost-effective method for replacing worn or broken components.
