Truvox acquires Cimex

Truvox International has announced the acquisition of Cimex, a specialty floor cleaning-machine company.

The company also announced that, beginning immediately, the sole importer of Cimex machines into the United States is Todd Jordan of Jordan Power Equipment Co. in Tallmadge, Ohio.

To handle the growing demand for its products in the United States, Truvox is also seeking to expand on its existing Cimex distributor network with appointments of new distributors in key geographic markets.
