VersaClean, Sapphire’s newest carpet cleaning product, promises high cleaning effectiveness and versatile application options at low cost.

VersaClean, Sapphire’s newest carpet cleaning product, promises high cleaning effectiveness and versatile application options at low cost.

Designed to work well with both truckmounts and portable carpet cleaning machines, VersaClean is priced to outperform competitive products in cost-per-use, yet deliver highly effective cleaning action. The product can be used at very low dilution rates – only 2 oz. for 5 gallons of water when used as an in-tank cleaner. Results of performance testing against competitive product can be viewed on the VersaClean web page at www.sapphirescientific.com.

VersaClean’s properties significantly reduce resoiling problems. “Many products, especially in-tank cleaners, leave behind a sticky, gummy residue that can attract soils,” said Mike Kerner, Senior Scientist with Sapphire. “We formulated VersaClean to dry into a hard powdery substance that is easily removed by vacuuming.”

VersaClean has been formulated to produce very little foam. Excess foam is the bane of the carpet cleaner, reducing vacuuming efficiency and waste tank capacity, and potentially damaging extraction equipment. VersaClean’s low-foam properties helps to ensure proper equipment operation and greatly reduces or eliminates the need for anti-foaming additives.

“Once technicians see how well this works, it will be the first product they reach for when they start a job,” said Sapphire President Bob Kline. “Its low cost, low foam characteristics and encapsulation ability make it ideal for day-in, day-out cleaning.” VersaClean can also be used as a prespray treatment, and is a superior general spotter.

VersaClean is available for purchase from Sapphire distributors, who carry Sapphire’s complete selection of upholstery, area rug and carpet cleaning products, as well as a full line of truckmounts, portable extractors and accessories. Visit www.sapphirescientific.com for details.
