Violand holds successful management summit



Violand Management Associates' Executive Summit in Canton, Ohio, June 23-24, provided the owners of cleaning and restoration companies "the same executive-level, hard-hitting training that Fortune 500 companies enjoy, but geared to small businesses," the company said.

The sessions, including "The Five Steps of Managing a Small Business," "Communication and Influence" and "Effectively Dealing with Conflict in the Workplace," involved interactive training with practical applications, dealing with real-life scenarios encountered in the industry so attendees could go back to their offices and effectively apply what they learned.
