Orange County, CA -- Business leader Aaron Whitfield has been appointed to the Carpet & Fabricare Institute (CFI) Board of Directors. CFI President Eric Bollmann appointed Whitfield to the 11-member board at a recent induction ceremony. Whitfield replaces the position of an open board seat.

A life-time resident of the Sacramento County, and an active carpet cleaner for the past four years, Whitfield is well aware of how important community involvement is in maintaining the quality of the life enjoyed in Northern California. "I'm very pleased I was asked to contribute to the decision making process regarding the future of our association," he said. "The Carpet & FabriCare Institute is a primary resource for the community to connect with quality carpet services, and a beacon to area carpet cleaners when it comes to quality product and program support. It's wonderful to be a part of an organization that means so much to the entire community and industry."

"Aaron's leadership skills and fresh perspective and energy will help the association carry out its mission of maintaining the highest professional standards of workmanship and service to our customers in California," said Lisa Wagner, past president and executive board member.
