ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- As of January 21, 2002 Windsor Industries will be offering a new e-commerce customer service. This service is free, but distributors must register through their Sales Representative.

Accessible through Windsor's internet site at www.windsorind.com, registered distributors will now be able to place new orders directly into the Windsor business system and track the status of the open orders through the Windsor process and to transportation carriers. There will also be Internet-only specials offered from time to time.

Developed in partnership with Comergent Technologies, Inc. (www.comergent.com), a leading provider of e-business software solutions, Castle Rock Industries has chosen Comergent Distributed E-Business System to provide the first comprehensive e-business web site in the commercial cleaning products industry for its Windsor brand.
