Bob Wittkamp has launched his website at www.carpetcleaningtechsbook.com. The site showcases information about the “Carpet Cleaning Tech’s Book.” The book is the result of Wittkamp’s 30 years as an on-site carpet cleaner and 20 years of instructing the IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician Course. The site offers visitors the chance to view chapters from the book on subjects such as Cleaning Berbers, and Ripples and Bulges. Commenting on his manual, Wittkamp says it’s designed for easy understanding, and as a result, many companies use it as a discussion topic for staff meetings.
