The Zipper is made of 6061 aluminum. The valve and all solution components are capable of withstanding 250-degree temperatures and 1,500 PSI. The handle, brackets, nuts and bolts are stainless steel. The glide retainers are made of white UHMW composite to prevent marks from being left on baseboards.
