I define an “expert” as one who masters the details of her or his profession. And part of that expertise includes keeping up with changes in their industry. 

Education has been a fundamental mission of flooring industry trade associations for decades. Most have had great success improving the technical skills of their members and keeping them abreast of the latest advances in flooring technology.
