The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) recently led a series of meetings with carpet industry partners including the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), Mohawk Flooring, Shaw Industries, Tandus Flooring and Professional Testing Laboratories (PTL), according to a press release.

You probably don't know Paul Kelly. He retired from my company a year ago, having worked for me for the last 14 years. Previous to that, he worked as a professional carpet cleaner since 1985.

Times have changed, and so has the wand since my first professional cleaning experience 37 years ago.
